    • Utilize existing or create a comprehensive job description based on hiring manager specifications to be used to present to candidates, post to job boards and internal gateways.
    • Develop appropriate sourcing strategies for each role.
    • Use innovative recruiting technologies, to identify and source qualified professionals and passive job seekers.
    • Work with Hiring Managers, Senior Specialists and Managers to work through offer letters approvals strategies.
    • Carry the interviewing process from sourcing, to phone screening, to setting up and managing in person interviews, and through to the debrief calls. Seeks guidance from Senior Recruiters and Managers on giving offers to candidates and ensuring a positive completion to the interviewing process.
    • Maintain and keep active all requisition workflows – (With the use of iCims applicant tracking system).
    • Develop and manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a positive experience with those who interact with the Talent Acquisition department.
    • Solicit hiring manager and candidate feedback throughout the interview process.
    • Promptly disposition unqualified candidates that apply to openings.
    • Work to maintain a positive candidate experience while protecting DHG’s employer brand integrity.
    • Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the Talent Acquisition Director.
    • Drive Employee Referral Program in assigned region and solicit referrals from potential talent and internal employees/recent hires.
    • Serve as an ambassador of our Firm when reaching out to candidates; cold calling candidates for positions and acting professionally in representing the Firm.
    • Network via local industry associates in assigned region.
    • Provide excellent customer service.




    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required.
    • 0 – 5 years of relevant work experience required.
    • 2+ years of industry experience is preferred.
    • 2+ years of recruiting experience, Agency experience preferred.
    • Proficiency with MS Office required.
    • Applicant tracking system experience preferred.
    • Exceptional planning and organizational skills required.
    • Strong judgement and decision-making skills required.
